Physical fitness is one of the fundamental components of overall happiness.

Whether you are a complete beginner, wanting to dust off your workout gear and get back in shape, or a regular trainer, the workouts within the Happiness Club will help you to improve your physical fitness.

Through years of experience I've developed workouts that are both fun and challenging, that can achieve incredible results most of the time with only bodyweight exercises.
​
I've experience of working with clients who are beginners, often with pre-existing injuries or health conditions which require adaptations to exercises to allow safe training.
HEALTH
Another fundamental component of overall happiness is Health.

The Let's Get Fitter Happiness Club members get support, guidance and education of tools and tips to continually improve their physical and mental health.
​
What we consume; nutritionally, visually and audibly has a significant impact on our overall health. Our Members et support in curating their own environment to optimise their chances of living a fulfilling, healthy and fun life.

I'm a huge believer that the mind is more powerful than any muscle we have, and that what happens from the neck up will have a huge impact on our physical health and overall happiness

Every person has their own personal challenges, their own demands on their time, stresses to overcome, each and every day.
All members in the Happiness clubs are individuals, with a common goal, to be fitter, healthier and happier.

With guidance from myself, and other experts that I collaborate with, members support each other through the lows and celebrate with each other during the highs!
